Anne Sagendorph-Moon coming home to yourself

My Story about Giving Myself Grace.

This has not been an easy year for me. It has been a year where I had a lot of responsibility on my shoulders and it’s felt heavy and frankly, hard.

If you too have felt uneasy this year, I offer this….

Just for today give yourself Grace.

When I first thought about Grace all of a sudden I felt…”Hail Mary Full of Grace”....the Goddess filling us with Grace.

And what Grace brought to me was….

Why I Don’t Sell 6-Figure Incomes!

Today I’m taking on 6-figure income marketing and why I don’t do it. And I’d love to know what you think.

I’m pretty sure we all see 6-figure incomes being promised on Instagram. In a sales email. And anywhere we get our online marketing information.

Sometimes we jumped into something because the promise was big, the deadline felt urgent, and we’d miss out if we didn’t act NOW? I’ve done it!

Anne Sagendorph-Moon complaining is a way of dealing with your emotions

It's Ok to Complain.

There was a story that kept showing up on Instagram recently and it went like this:

“It is really not a good idea to encourage your friends to complain about things to you. There is no value in assisting anyone to describe, in detail, their unhappy experiences.” Abraham-Hicks

This is suppressive and shaming.

What heals us is to unwind and sometimes that includes complaining. Sometimes that’s the only way to release it. As I said in the video, of course we don’t want people complaining all the time...

I Help People in Transition Reinvent Themselves from the Inside Out

In a newsletter a few months ago I talked about how hard it was to pull the things I do together under one umbrella. Well finally here it is: the premise for my work. I help people in transition reinvent themselves from the inside out: in business, wealth, color and style.

My entire life has been about reinventing myself. It has been amazing, uncomfortable and rewarding.

The Lesson I Learned from My Passport Photo

A few weeks ago I had to get a new photo to renew my passport so off I went to the CVS drugstore not too far from my house.

And guess what? They don’t let you smile anymore. The government doesn’t want any smiley faces. So I couldn’t count on my smile to make me pretty ( in my opinion).

I figured it didn’t matter. It’s a passport photo for goodness sake. And then I saw it and it changed my entire view and judgement of myself.

The Lesson About My Website Photos

After I got my passport photo (and didn’t die of shame), I got the courage to have new business photos taken.

When I was deciding what to wear. I immediately thought of my ribbon boa…I know, right? Business photos and a ribbon boa. But it’s just so beautiful I knew I had to use it.

Well…the photos turned out great but there’s more to the story.

Saying No to Outside Voices

This is a story about me saying No to an outside voice I love a lot: my husband. It was such a powerful shift in trusting my deep inner knowing.

I didn’t even have to think about it or consider it. I knew what was right for me in that moment.

That’s not something that’s always been easy for me.

A place for Women by Judith

When You Don’t Know What to Say…….

“How might your life have been different, if there had been a place for you, a place of women? A place where other women, somewhat older, had reached out to help you as you rooted yourself in the earth of this ancient feminine….

A place where there was deep understanding of the ways of woman to nurture you in every season of your life.

How Do We Process Everything Coming At Us?

The world feels out of control…

Ukraine, Roe, Shootings, and I’m sure there is more.

Oh yes, no baby formula!! I mean, really?

How on earth do we process all that every day as human beings?

We don’t and we can’t. We are feeling shockwaves day after day.

The Invasion of the Wall

“Sometimes it’s your own world that feels out of control. It may not be global or important to anyone else but it has impact because it’s in your own back yard!

Here’s my story (with pictures below!)

My new neighbor (who is lovely by the way) replaced the fence on the property we share. He wanted to pay for it which was really a generous gift but did not tell me what it would look like or include me in the process. I thought it would be a fence like the old one.
